一、个人简介
郭聖煜，特聘教授，2009年毕业于武汉理工大学土木工程专业，获学士学位；2012年毕业于武汉理工大学结构工程专业，获硕士学位；2016年毕业于华中科技大学工程管理专业，获博士学位；2016年至今，在英国365集团公司任教，工程管理专业教师。主持国家自然科学基金项目、中国科协创新智库青年百人计划项目、教育部产学研协同育人项目和武汉市曙光计划项目等，获中国科协青年项目优秀成果二等奖。围绕工程行为安全、工程管理信息化与智能化等方向在Accident Analysis and Prevention、ASCE Journal of Construction Engineering and Management、Journal of Computing in Civil Engineering、Physica A、土木工程与管理学报等发表论文30余篇，新华社政务智库报告3篇，湖北省人民政府政策咨询报告1份，授权专利2项。参与湖北省虚拟仿真一流课程《桥梁工程悬臂梁挂篮施工质量控制虚拟仿真实验》，获英国365集团公司第14届青年教师教学竞赛一等奖、教学质量排名前10%、大学生创新创业项目优秀指导老师、校优秀本科毕业论文指导老师等荣誉，作为指导老师带领本硕学生参加全国大学生智慧城市与智能建造创新创业大赛、“广联达”杯全国BIM毕业设计大赛获一等奖等20余项。曾主持地铁质量安全大数据管理系统开发，地铁施工技术和管理实践与创新咨询，轨道交通施工项目的商务集成化管理咨询等，担任中国技术经济学会工程建设管理专业委员会理事，湖北省工程管理与智能建造分会理事，南京安全工程技术学会外聘专家等。
主讲课程：《工程管理导论》、《工程项目管理》、《工程质量与安全管理》、《工程数据挖掘与机器学习》等。
二、学术成果
近年来主要从事工程管理信息化与智能化方向的研究，多聚焦于施工人员行为安全管理。主要研究包括:（1）在施工人员违规行为的知识管理上，提出了基于向量空间模型和本体的违规行为文本要素识别方法；（2）在施工人员违规行为的规律分析上，从行为致险链的角度探究了违规行为在城市轨道交通工程等事故中的隐性交互关系；（3）在施工人员违规行为的智能管控上，提出了面向密集型违规行为改进的统计过程实时控制方法，设计了违规动火作业监控机器人，开发了冒进危险动作姿态评估平台和起重吊装违规操作行为风险协同感知装备等。
主持科研项目：
地下工程人员密集型违规行为的时空分布规律与实时控制方法研究。国家自然科学基金项目（71801197），2019-2021.
